Overview
Our community health education program is designed to help our patients and community adopt a healthier lifestyle and achieve overall better health. You may contact us to sign up for classes or ask questions by calling 909.944.WELL (9355), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Look for classes below!

Maternity & Parenting Classes
Maternity Tour

Prepared Childbirth (LaMaze) Class
| Learn basic breathing and relaxation techniques and what to expect when you are in labor. Refresher classes are also available. | |

Breastfeeding Class
| This class is offered by a certified lactation educator to provide encouragement and instruction in the methods of breastfeeding. You attend the class before your baby is born. In addition, our breastfeeding experts are available to assist you while you are hospitalized. We also offer a walk-in breastfeeding clinic to provide assistance and support to breastfeeding mothers. Infant Care Class

Healthy Heart Class
| This class series covers cardiac risk factors, congestive heart failure, education, and how to stay healthy through blood pressure management, stress management, and exercise. | |

Heartsaver CPR
| Designed for new and renewing CPR students, this class reviews CPR procedures as well as other basic first aid situations, pediatric emergencies, and the 911 system. | |

Look Good, Feel Better
| The American Cancer Society, in partnership with the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, focus on personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free make-up kit is provided. This class will focus on all the ways you can look good and feel your best during your cancer journey - wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, and other topics are discussed. | |

Orientation Class for the Newly Diagnosed
| For men and women with a new diagnosis of cancer. This class provides information on SACH resources for care, treatment, and support for you and your family. Meet our oncology nurse navigators and learn about resources in your local community that can help you manager your care. | |
