As a non-profit organization, San Antonio Community Hospital depends
on revenue from direct patient care and gifts from the private sector.
Many people are surprised to learn how slim the margin is between hospital
costs and the reimbursement received from government and private
insurance
sources. The Hospital has limited resources. Community support augments
our ability to maintain the best equipment and facilities for the
outstanding
doctors, nurses, and technologists who provide the highest quality
medical care for people in our community. The Foundation offers
